SECURITY POLICY

When you give us credit card information to complete a purchase, that credit card number is transmitted in an encrypted format. We use the industry-standard, 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. In addition to encryption, your account is password-protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information. Please do not disclose your password to anyone. Also, remember to log out of your Clarity Connect, Inc. account when your purchases are complete. This helps keeps your account safe. When you first create your account, you have the option to keep your billing information on file with us (to facilitate quicker checkout on future purchases), or not. Should you choose to save the billing info, it will be stored in encrypted form in our database and will only be accessible via your personal account. Should you choose not to have it stored, the information will be deleted from our database as soon as the transaction has been completed. We will do all we can to protect your personal information. Despite this pledge, Clarity Connect, Inc. cannot warrant the security of any information during transmission to us, and you do so at your own risk. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We are committed to providing personalized service to you. In order to do so, Clarity Connect, Inc. uses cookies to store information about you. A cookie is a small amount of text that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. We ask permission to place the cookie on your computer's hard drive. If you agree by configuring your browser to accept cookies, then your browser adds the text in a small file. We use cookies to tell us that you have visited our site before, and to keep track of your online order. They are simply to help us simplify and enhance your shopping experience.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Gift cards can be purchased and mailed out any time during the year. No tax is charged and there are no fees on the gift card which is a credit card style card with a magnetic strip to record the balance. You will be given a receipt at the time of purchase using the card with the remaining balance. Please keep receipt and do not write on card. Any balances must be used in the store until the amount is under $1.00 when change will be given. Gift cards are non-returnable

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For merchandise purchased in the store or on website, refunds will be given on defective items or items damaged in shipping.  All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  If a pickup order is not picked up within the given time frame then cancelled for any reason, a restocking fee will be accessed based on the size of the order then a refund given for the remaining amount.

Present your original receipt to expedite your return, and you will be credited in the same method of payment. Returns of merchandise purchased using a check will be refunded in the form of a gift card. In the instance when a return is made without a receipt, a valid photo ID will be required and the refund will be made in the form of a Bloomfield Garden Center gift card.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns on Live Plants.  If you should have a concern with a plant you purchased from us, we encourage you to take a couple photos and send them to us at bloomfieldgardencenter@gmail.com within 72 hours of purchase.  Upon receipt of the images, we will decide on if we would like you to plant the plants and follow-up with us in a couple weeks or if replacements will be given or store credit given.  Garden supplies can be returned in the original, unused condition.

SHIPPING COSTS:

We cannot ship live plants at this time. We are providing shipping information for some of the other items we sell in the retail Showroom Barn such as seeds, gloves and tools.

You will be billed the actual shipping costs for your order. Please be assured that your items will ship out within three days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 218-789-7581 for charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 7.375% sales tax. We are able to ship to the continental 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Any additional fee charges incurred due to incorrect shipping information provided will be charged to the customer.
